After the motorcycle suicide bomber detonated the explosive on it, 4 militants were killed in the clash between the security forces and the militants.
Militants also attacked security forces in Amir Kalam and Tajbi Khel regions of Lakki Marvat. Security forces neutralized 3 militants in the clash.
Three soldiers lost their lives in the clashes.
Security forces confiscated the weapons and ammunition of 7 militants killed as a result of clashes.
Increase in terrorist attacks
Terrorist attacks have increased in Pakistan in recent months, especially in the provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
Islamabad states that these attacks were planned and directed by the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) based in Afghanistan. Afghanistan denies these allegations.
