4 aid trucks from Kyrgyzstan were sent off to Turkey

Representatives of Kyrgyzstan Uyghur Turks handed over the 95,000 dollar cash aid they collected to Ahmet Sadik Doğan, Turkey’s Ambassador to Bishkek.

Bahtiyar Nazarov, President of the Association of Gök Turks in Osh Region, told Anadolu Agency (AA) that they did their best to heal the wounds of the earthquake disaster in Turkey.

Nazarov stated that they collected and sent approximately 6 thousand dollars in aid in the districts of Kara-Suu, Aravan and Özgen in the Osh Region of the country, and they received donations of 2 Kyrgyz traditional tents from the resident of the village of Don-Bulak in the city of Özgen.

Kyrgyzstan Erk Party Deputy Chairman Aydar Khalikov also said that after the earthquakes in Turkey, all peoples living in Kyrgyzstan are “one heart” and they continue to collect the aid they can.

Halikov, with the participation of Erk Party Chairman Tursunbay Bakir Uulu, told that they read the Quran in the program they organized for those who lost their lives in the earthquakes in Turkey.
