Gaton county police in the USA shared the information that 24-year-old Robert Louis Singletary, who shot the girl in the garden of her house, went missing.
According to a press release by Gaston County Police Chief Stephen M. Zill, a girl named Kinsley White was wounded in the face by bullets from Singletary’s gun. The suspect injured two more adults, including the father who wanted to save his daughter.
Zill stated that the attacker was charged with attempted murder in the first degree, and shared the information that the search continues to find Singletary.
Noting that the girl who was shot and an adult were discharged, and that her father is still being treated at the hospital, the police chief stressed that “they will not allow this kind of violence to continue”.
Similar shooting incidents have increased in the United States in recent days.
A man in New York, USA, killed a young woman named Kaylin Gillis yesterday, when he accidentally opened fire on a car parked in front of his garage.
In Kansas City, on April 13, 16-year-old black boy Ralp Yarl was injured when the 84-year-old white American landlord fired a gun when he rang the wrong bell to pick up his brother from his friend’s house.
