Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan criticized the state symbols in his dialogue with an opposition deputy in the parliament.
Pashinyan said, “What is depicted on our coat of arms? The coat of arms of the four dynasties of Armenia is on it, Noah’s Ark on Mount Ararat. When I look at the coat of arms, I think of the question, what does it have to do with us?” used the phrase.
It means “destroy us”
Pashinyan said that the coat of arms is the guarantee of Armenia.
Stating that the inclusion of Mount Ararat in the Armada will create the perception of “our own land”, Pashinyan said, “This means destroy us.” said.
Noting that he did not understand why this was needed when the foundations of the new state were laid in 1991, Pashinyan emphasized that he was the one who loved his country and state the most, and said that such practices did not contribute to the psychology of the people.
