In a statement on his Twitter account, Zelenskiy stated that he had a telephone conversation with Czech President Petr Pavel and said, “I congratulate him on his official inauguration.”
Stating that he briefed President Pavel about the situation at the front and Ukraine’s security needs, Zelenskiy noted that they discussed Ukraine’s membership to the European Union (EU).
Pointing out that they agreed to continue cooperation with President Pavel, Zelenskiy said, “Czech support is important for Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression.”
