In the war that Russia started in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, while clashes continue on the front in the direction of cities such as Bahmut, Ugledar, Marinka and Avdiyivka and other settlements, intense activity of the Ukrainian army is observed behind the front lines.
After the extensive counterattacks by the Ukrainian army against the Russian army in Kharkiv and Kherson regions last year, the clashes intensified in the Donetsk region. Clashes continue in Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporizhia, Kherson and Kharkiv and other regions of Ukraine, but the most intense ones are experienced in various points of Donetsk.
Ukrainian artillery and air units fire heavily on Russian positions
Intense activity of tanks and armored vehicles draws attention in the region, where the sounds of air defense systems for artillery and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are frequently heard.
The intensity of the conflicts in the region, where the warplanes of the Ukrainian Air Force frequently fly low and the sounds of helicopters are heard, can be felt at every point of the front.
Clashes continue on the front line, soldiers are trained in nearby areas
Ukrainian soldiers, who are at the front due to the war that has been going on for months in Ukraine, undergo military training when they are not on duty.
Despite the fact that they have combat experience in real warfare on the front line, great importance is attached to the continuous improvement of all soldiers’ combat readiness skills.
Soldiers in the region receive intensive training at specially prepared shooting ranges close to the front when they do not engage in combat.
Experienced soldiers who have fought not only in the Donetsk region but also in other hot spots of the country in the past months, and currently deployed in the region, and newly recruited personnel are also being trained together.
