Law Movement Deputy Hussein Munis, the political extension of Iraqi Hezbollah in the parliament, filed a complaint with the prosecutor’s office about Kazimi, who was then the head of the National Intelligence Service, on the grounds that he condoned the violation of the sovereignty of the International Baghdad Airport, where Engineer and Soleimani were killed, and that he had negligence and fault in the incident.
The Commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps, Qassem Soleimani, and the Vice President of the pro-Iran Hashd al-Shaabi organization, Abu Mahdi al-Engineer, were killed in the attack carried out by the USA on the Baghdad Airport by helicopter on January 3, 2020.
