The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that 23-year-old Yezen Omar Hasib was shot by Israeli forces at the northern entrance of the city of Bireh.
Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Hasib was detained by Israel after he was shot, and that the ambulances of the Red Crescent were not allowed to take the Palestinian to the hospital.
