According to the news in the Palestinian official agency WAFA, Jewish settlers damaged the agricultural land of Palestinians in the town of Deir Sharaf, west of Nablus.
Gazi Anteri, a Deir Şeref resident, said that the attacking group cut down and uprooted 155 olive trees in the area.
Anteri stated that the Jewish settlers attacked the Palestinian agricultural land in the town 3 times so far.
Jewish settlers residing in the occupied Palestinian territories frequently cut down or set fire to olive trees, the main source of income for Palestinian farmers in the West Bank.
There are more than 250 illegal Jewish settlements in the West Bank, which Israel occupied in 1967. Nearly 450,000 Jewish settlers living in these places make life even more difficult for Palestinians living under occupation in the West Bank.
Under international law, all Jewish settlements in the occupied territories are considered illegal.
