Earthquakes in Turkey caused great sadness in sister countries as well. People were almost mobilized for Turkey.
One of them was Selale Osmanova, who lives in the city of Gabala, Azerbaijan. Waterfall Osmanova, who works as a nurse at Gebele Central Hospital, took action as soon as she heard the news of the earthquake.
It was noteworthy that Osmanova took off her coat despite the cold, after filling a vehicle with necessities.
“We are one nation, two states”
Osmanova, who said that the people were sad after hearing about the earthquake, said, “We wanted to help as much as we could, like everyone else. Like everyone else, we did our best, albeit small.” said.
Osmanova also explained the reason why she added her coat to the aid supplies.
“It came from my heart, it was something I did out of my heart. For a moment, I said I will give this coat to my wife, and I sat in the car. We are one nation, two states, so we did this willingly, so that there is no misunderstanding.”
He is just one of millions of Azerbaijanis whose heart beat with Turkey after the earthquakes. Osmanova also emphasizes that she will continue to help as long as she has the opportunity.
