The death toll by falling into the well in the temple reached 36

According to the Hindustan Times report, Madhya Pradesh authorities reminded that dozens of people fell into the old big well (bavdi) whose roof collapsed at the Beleshwar Mahadev Jhulelal Temple during the Ram Navami Festival.

Authorities announced that one more body was found during the rescue efforts, which were carried out with difficulty due to the narrow entrance of the well and the mud.


36 people died, 16 people were rescued

In this way, the authorities said that the number of people who lost their lives by falling into the well rose to 36, adding that 4 of them were children and 20 of them were women.

Officials stated that 16 of those who fell into the well were rescued.
