Azerbaijan Milli Majlis Deputy and Head of Mission Ehliman Emiraslanov, Azerbaijan Milli Majlis Deputy Anar Mammadov and Kazakhstan Parliamentary Assembly Deputy Samat Mussabayev shared their observations and preliminary evaluation report on the election on 28 May with the public at the press conference they held in Ankara.
Azerbaijan National Assembly Deputy and Head of Mission Emiraslanov said that they met with Supreme Election Board (YSK) Chairman Ahmet Yener within the framework of the observation program and they were informed in detail about the preparations for the second round of elections.

Stating that the election day was well managed and describing the process in the polling centers as “positive, regular and transparent”, Emiraslanov said, “The elections were held in a transparent and democratic environment with high participation.” said.
Emphasizing that the election administration bodies are carrying out the preparations for the second round in an efficient and professional manner in accordance with the schedule, Emiraslanov appreciated the efforts of the election administration units to exercise their rights to voters with disabilities, and described the visited voting centers as “unhindered”.
In its report, TURKPA Election Observation Mission concluded that the Presidential Election held on 28 May was held in accordance with the national legislation of the Republic of Turkey and international election standards.
The mission carried out its activities in Ankara and Konya.
