In a post on his social media platform, TruthSocial, Trump said, “A large, complex, detailed but incontrovertible report of presidential election fraud that occurred in Georgia is almost complete.”
Trump stated that he will announce the report he mentioned at a press conference he will hold in New Jersey at 11:00 local time on Monday.
Commenting, “Based on the report that dispels these suspicions, all charges against me and others should be dropped,” Trump argued that thanks to the report, his innocence would be fully revealed.
The latest lawsuit against Trump
Last night, at midnight local time, the indictment accusing Trump of new charges was made public in Atlanta, Georgia, following the evidence and witness statements presented by Fulton district prosecutors, who have long investigated the allegation of “attempted interference in the 2020 presidential election results in the state.”
In the 98-page indictment, which included 41 charges, Trump was charged with 13 counts, including “incitement to break the oath of a public official”, “conspiracy to make false statements” and “violating the state’s anti-corruption and blackmail law”.
In addition to Trump, 18 other people were charged, including former lawyers Rudy Giuliani and John Eastman, and former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows.
Lawsuits against Trump
Former U.S. President Trump appeared in court on August 3 in Washington, D.C. on charges brought against him for an alleged attempt to manipulate the results of the 2020 Presidential Election in his favour.

Trump appeared in court on June 13 in Miami, refusing 37 charges after he left office for taking classified documents with him and obstructing federal investigations. Three additional charges were brought against Trump, including the allegation that on July 27 he instructed his aides and employees to delete security camera footage of classified documents from his Mar-a-Lago mansion.
Previously, Trump appeared in court in New York on April 4, due to accusations that he paid a “shutdown” to a woman during the 2016 Presidential Election.
