In the document shared by the Fulton County Supreme Court, it was stated that a total bail amount of 150 thousand dollars was decided for Giuliani for 13 separate crimes.
Giuliani, who is a former New York City Mayor and continues to practice law, allegedly aimed to disrupt the Georgia election results and “keep Trump in power even though he lost the race” in the 2020 presidential election, along with 18 other defendants.
The court document stated that Giuliani, who accepted bail of 150,000 dollars, must surrender to Fulton County Prison by noon on Friday, August 25, and report to an inspection every 30 days before the trial.
“I feel very, very good about this. Because I feel like I am defending the rights of all Americans, as I have done many times as a US lawyer,” Giuliani told reporters in New York before leaving for Georgia to surrender today. .
Stating that he will not admit his guilt, Giuliani said, “I am the same Rudy Giuliani who brought down the mafia, made New York the safest city in America, reduced crime more than any other mayor in the history of any city. I fight for justice. I represent Donald Trump. “I was there from the first moment I met him. He is an innocent man,” he said.
All defendants, including Trump, must surrender by Friday noon, according to Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
