Vucic, in his speech at the SNS session held in Kragujevac and attended by 3,792 delegates, stated that he “loves SNS very much and will never leave the party as long as he is alive, even if he quits his leadership.”
Noting that he is proud to be the leader of SNS for 11 years, Vucic said, “I recommend Milos Vucevic to the new leadership of SNS (Minister of Defense).
“I can tell you that I know Milos has been with us from the beginning, knows best what the party is and loves SNS very much,” Vucic said.

Vucevic, who was elected as the new leader after the closed vote, thanked President Vucic and the delegates for their support and said, “I hope that I will be worthy of the honor and responsibility given to me today.”
Noting that the policy of SNS will not change, Vucevic said, “This is not a disconnection, it is a unique story and we are opening a new chapter in our book. We will remain as a party aiming at the development of our homeland. We will remain a party that nurtures and protects the traditional values of the Serbian people, of all Serbian citizens.” spoke.
Referring to the events in the north of Kosovo, Vucevic said that Serbia will look after the interests of all Serbs, including the Serbs in Kosovo.
