Zelensky participated in the iftar program with Crimean Muslims

“There is no alternative for Crimea but to be liberated from occupation. There is no alternative for Crimea, not only for Ukraine, but for the whole world, but for Crimea to be freed from occupation.”


“Peace will return to the world”

Accusing Russia of “violating human rights” in Crimea, Zelenskiy said, “We will return to Crimea, and then peace will return to the world because the aggressor will also lose.”

The leader of the Crimean Tatar Turks and the Deputy of Ukraine, Kirimoglu, expressed his satisfaction with Zelenskiy’s participation in the iftar program despite the ongoing war in Ukraine.

Reminding that Zelenskiy gave instructions to make the holidays of Muslims into official holidays a few months after he took office as President of Ukraine, Kırmızıoğlu expressed his gratitude to Zelenskiy.


The soldiers on duty at the front were given a state order

He added that they expect the reaction of the international community to increase against Russia’s illegal annexation of Crimea.

“I believe that we will liberate Crimea and all our lands under enemy occupation,” he said.

In the program, Zelenskiy awarded a state medal to some soldiers who served at the front in the Russia-Ukraine War.
